Aaron Carter has been released on bond. A spokesperson for Habersham County sheriffs tells us Aaron's girlfriend Madison Parker remains in jail but is eligible for bond, though she has not bonded out "for unknown reasons."
8:45 AM PT -- Bail for Carter has been set at $4,610. Parker's bail is set at $4,360. All charges filed against the couple are misdemeanor offenses.
